While you have many different options when it comes to the length of a juicing program, you should know that the 10 day juicing plan is one of the most highly recommended rebooting programs. As the term already suggests, this program will require you to shift to a more nutritious diet by supplementing your body with an increased intake of extracts made from a combination of fresh fruits and vegetables for a period of 10 days.

 

An Overview of the Daily Menu that a 10 Day Rebooting or Juicing Plan Consists Of

 

When you go on a 10 day rebooting or juicing plan, you will be eating, mixing, juicing, and drinking a variety of fruits and vegetables. Variation is actually one of the advantages of a juicing plan over other types of diet, since the most of the latter will limit you to eating only certain kinds of food. Below you will find a list that will give you a clearer picture of what to expect when you go on a 10 day juicing plan. Take note that the colors mentioned are the colors of the fruits and vegetables you will consume (whole or juiced).

 

            •          Upon Waking Up – 250ml. of hot water with ginger and/or lemon

 

            •          Breakfast – Red or Orange

 

            •          Mid-Morning – Green or Orange

 

            •          Lunch – Green

 

            •          Afternoon Snack – Red or Yellow

 

            •          Dinner – Green

 

            •          Dessert – Orange or Purple

 

            •          Bedtime – Herbal Tea

 

One more very important thing to keep in mind is that you should increase your water intake, something that you should do in between the schedules.

    I did not know that juicing is considered to be a way of rebooting your diet.
