When implementing a juicing plan, it is important that you mix different fresh fruits and vegetables. Variety is key to a successful juicing plan, as this will ensure that you get the right amount of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that your body needs. Combining various ingredients will also make you stick to your plan, since you will not get bored drinking the same kind of juice. To help you get started on your 21 day of juicing, here are some recipes that you can use:

 

            •          For Breakfast

 

•          Combination of 1 small beet, 5 carrots, 1 apple, and ¼ cup of fresh mint sprigs

 

•          Combination of ½ broccoli head, 1 cucumber, 4 celery stalks, and ¼ cup fresh parsley sprigs

 

•          Combination of 1 beet, 3 carrots, 1 apple, 8 kale leaves, and 1 inch fresh ginger

 

            •          For Lunch

 

•          Combination of 2 apples, 2 cucumbers, 8 kale leaves, 1 handful of parsley

 

•          Combination of 1 apple, 2 handfuls of spinach, 8 kale leaves, ½ cucumber, 2 celery sticks, and 1 lemon

 

•          Combination of 8 kale leaves, 1 cucumber, 4 celery sticks, 2 apples, 1 lemon, and 1 inch fresh ginger

 

            •          For Dinner

 

•          Combination of ½ cup parsley or wheatgrass, 4 carrots, 1 apple, 2 celery sticks, and ½ beet

 

•          Combination of 2 apples, 2 carrots, and 1 lemon

 

•          Combination of ¼ watermelon (about 2 cups), 2 cups blueberries, and 8 chard leaves
