Money Saving Tips when Implementing a Juicing Plan

Juicing can be quite expensive, since you will be using a lot of raw fruits and vegetables that do not come cheap nowadays. So in order to make sure that you don’t spend too much money on your 21 days of juicing plan, here are some money saving tips to live by:

•          Talk to and negotiate with your local grocery store, farmer, or market vendor. While this will take some guts, you should still consider doing so, as this can potentially save you hundreds of dollars, especially if you choose to increase the length of time you will be on a juicing plan. Since you will be purchasing pounds and pounds of fruits and veggies from them, it is highly likely that they will give you a discount, seeing that you will purchase their products in bulk.

•          Make a list of the types of juices that you want to make for an entire week before shopping. Doing this will help you stick to your budget. If you don’t, you probably will spend more than what your budget will allow you.

•          Don’t juice all your fruits and veggies all at once. One of the basic rules in juicing, whether you will be implementing 3, 5, 10, or 21 days of juicing, is to drink what you have extracted right away. You should drink the juice within 15 to 20 minutes after you have made it, or its healthy components will dissipate.
