Before you proceed with your 21 day juicing plan, it is important to stop taking your non-prescription supplements and vitamins at least a day before, unless your physician advises you not to. You should stop taking any over-the-counter medications a day before the plan. The night before you begin, it is recommended that you set up your juicer already so you do not have to be hassled with readying it on the day itself that the plan will begin.

During your 21 day juicing plan, it is important for you to ensure that variety goes into your diet. You need to mix various fresh fruits and veggies so that you can prevent deficiencies from kicking in. This is actually an advantage of juicing, since you are required to use different ingredients and not limit yourself to just a few.

You do not necessarily have to stop after your 21 days of juicing. In fact, it is recommended that you continue juicing. Juicing after the 21-day cycle (like including a juice once a day in your regimen) will still be very beneficial to you, especially if you dislike eating fruits and veggies.
