How long can fresh juice be stored:

The sooner you drink your juice, the better. But that doesn’t mean you can’t store fresh juice. What happens is, once you store fresh juice it slowly begins to lose nutrients. That’s why most people advise you drink your juice right after you make it, but if you keep it cold in an insulated container you can still enjoy your juice Later on, and not lose too many nutrients. Don’t leave it out on the kitchen counter Waiting for hours and hours. Also, if you are planning on storing it,remember to stir it before you drink it!

How much produce is required to get a glass of juice:

The yield of juice  depends on your juicer. For example, for an 8 ounce glass of juice 5 to 7 large carrots, or one large cucumber is generally enough. One large Apple, 3 to 4 large pieces of celery,or one large orange yields about 4 ounces of juice. Many people use masticating juicer’s to be able to get the most juice out of their fruits, but masticating  juicers are slower than usual centrifugal juicer. Basically, the higher the RPM., the less efficient the juicer is.But this also depends on the fruits your juicing. For example, if your juicing raspberries, you should use a masticating juicer but if you’re using carrots, beets, or avocados, you should be using a centrifugal juicer. You can check Juiceful reviews for good examples on which machines to buy.

The costs of juicing:

I get this question a lot, and to be honest, I don’t know why people keep asking this question. Juicing means health you Juice, so you can have an overall better health. now when you’re out there working or going to your busy day what spend on a latte is probably more than what a glass of juice generally would cost you. Let’s take this into perspective, four carrots, half a lemon, chunk of ginger root, three ribs of celery, four green leaves and a cucumber would probably cost around $2.50. I’m not even going to mention the hidden savings that come with juicing. Try getting that many natural ingredients in one drink at a Starbucks…
