  3.Celery.Apple.Seltzer

One of the biggest side effects to smoking is asthma; the apples in this recipe will help with reversing inflammation and damage your lungs.

  • two apples.
  • Six Celery stalks.
  • 2 ounces of seltzer

Process the apples and celery in the juicer. Then add the seltzer later on, don’t forget to stir well.

4.The Mexican donkey show

There’s a reason why I called this recipe the Mexican donkey show. It has jalapeno in it, It’s a little spicy but it will fire you straight up. Instead of having a cigarette every morning, If you had one of these I’m sure it would do wonders to your immune and nervous system.

  • 1/4 head cabbage
  • two green bell peppers
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  •  three green onions with stalks
  •  two celery stalks
  •  two carrots

Process the cabbage, bell peppers and jalapeno in the juicer, than the green onions, celery and carrots. Stir well and drink up!
