You can get a great deal of your necessary vitamin C by making a juicing combination that makes use of things like oranges, grapefruit, lemons or limes. One of the simplest juicing recipes you can find makes use of just a couple of citrus fruits:

The Kick In The Pants:

  1. ¼ of a grapefruit
  2. ¼ of a lemon
  3. 1 whole orange
  4. 4 or 5 ice cubes

All you have to do is juice the fruits, add the ice cubes, and you can have an incredibly flavorful juice that can help kick off your morning every morning. Something like this can be a great way to boost your energy to help you get going in the morning and it can really help to sustain you right through until your lunch time. Also goes perfect after a workout!
