Making a berry juice is also a classic juice that many people tend to enjoy. The berries that you choose to use not only have great sweetness and flavor but they are rich in nutrients and full of antioxidants that can be useful to you in improving your overall health. There are many combinations of different berries that you can use to get the color and flavor that you like the best. Something like this simple recipe can really give you something that is vibrant and tastes great:

Very Berry, Much Berry:

  1. 10 blueberries
  2. 8 raspberries
  3. 10 strawberries
  4. 1 apple
  5. A couple of ice cubes

This can give you a great mix that you will really enjoy. Of course, you can always use something blackberries instead of raspberries if you prefer. The combinations you can come up with are endless.


By using a couple of these various juicing recipes as part of your regular routine, incorporated with other recipes that you might like to try along the way, you can start to create a couple of great meals for yourself each day that give you incredible healthy alternatives to many of the other things you may have been eating.
