What is a Juicing Plan?


A juicing plan, which is also commonly referred to as a rebooting program, is a type of diet where you will commit yourself to drinking only juice extracts derived from fruits and vegetables. The length of time that you will subject yourself to such a diet will depend on what your goals are: you can go on a 3-day, a 5-day, a 10-day, a 15-day, or a even 30-day program.


These programs are also often called the 3 Day Quick Start Plan, the 5 Day Jump into Juicing Plan, the 10 Day Reboot Lite Plan, the 15 Day Juicing Plus Plan, and the 30 day Juicing Plan. All of these plans bring results that are similar in nature, but of course, the longer the program is, the more benefits you will be able to enjoy.


The overall goal in implementing a juicing or a rebooting program is to help you break your unhealthy habits and live a healthier lifestyle. Being able to enhance the quality of your life can be done by choosing to commit to the program whole-heartedly and following its basic guidelines. By increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables that you consume in the form of a juice, you will be able to enjoy many different health benefits.
