The 442

This juicing recipe is called “The 442”, I’m a car guy and just like the Oldsmobile 442 it packs a punch in taste and nutritional value. This is a very bold but refreshing blend, i drink this as a supplement to my lunch and have been doing so for the past few weeks. It’s the perfect blend of vegetables and fruits that is not overwhelming in sugar nor overwhelming in vegetables to make you say yuk once you drink it. Once everything is mixed in together it gives you a balance of flavors that seem to really work with one another, so on to the ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 Orange
- 1 Apple
- ¼ Lemon (unpeeled)
- 1 Inch of Fresh Ginger Root
- 1 Carrot of normal size
- 1 Big Handful of Spinach
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 1 Handful or Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Full Size Cucumber
Run these ingredients through the juicer, you can heat it up, keep it at room temperature, or cool it in the fridge and enjoy. If your looking for something with a real kick you can add a hint of cinnamon. Feel free to substitute ingredients the way you feel, just make sure you don’t substitute the ginger root.
